I create individually customized health programs for clients based on their current physical status, training history, everyday commitments, preferences and workout goals. Instead of implementing cookie-cutter programs that lack individuality, practicality, and put limitations & restrictions on the way you move, we redefine your approach to training. This will allow you to eradicate your weaknesses, move more freely, feel better, and live longer.

1-on-1 FRC sessions - Dayton, MT

FRC IS…

Intensive, one-on-one mobility training tailored specifically to your individual needs. If you are recovering from an injury, we will work extensively on rehabbing the affected joints first, to the point of where they are functioning normally before we force them into new areas. If you are functioning normally we will work to improve any joint inadequacies currently inhibiting performance in whatever activity it is that you engage in. This training will be challenging, but will leave you with real, lasting changes to your range of motion.

90 minute sessions - (1pm - 5pm - Mon-Fri) - $100 per session ($150 remote)

6 Sessions at $90 each ($135 Remote)

12 Sessions at $75 each ($100 Remote)


Kinstretch Classes - Drop in: $25/head (packages Available) - Dayton, MT

KINSTRETCH IS…

A group class that uses the mobility exercises I teach in one-on-one settings. It will be an opportunity to have a class to supplement whatever work-out program you are currently using but should not replace other activities. If you are working out with me, or another trainer, this is meant to supplement that programming. If you CrossFit, yoga, or spin, this will only add to your weekly workouts. One thing we would like to say for those who have not experienced it before- it is NOT a stretching class. Although the word "Stretch" is in the name- this is a very active class. It will be a workout. It can be challenging. Muscle cramps are common in mobility work but we will explain why they are happening and why they shouldn't always be avoided.

One more thing: if you are currently dealing with an injury and are experiencing pain, this class is not for you. Mobility work is not rehabilitation work. Taking a joint in pain through a mobility class can potentially exacerbate the issue.
